Return & exchange policy

If you wish to return a product(s) within the period of 7 days post-delivery, you can place a return order for the products from your shipping address. In case the pin code provided by you is not serviceable by our shipping partner, the self-shipping option is also available. The cost of shipping will be refunded only if the courier slip is shared with us maximum up to Rs.100. There is no additional charge for any exchange orders or return orders. For new orders of a lower price, the balance amount will be refunded as store credit.

Exchange is subject to availability of size.

International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

For COD orders, a store credit will be provided within 7 working days after the approval of return by our team and informed to you via your registered email address/contact number.

Please return your product(s) in the “same condition along with original packaging” as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.

Disclaimer -“same condition along with original packaging” means you are under an obligation to take reasonable care of the product(s) whilst they are in your possession. This means including all of the product(s) instructions, documents, and wrappings when returning the product(s) and returning the product(s) in the same condition as received. Failure to exercise such reasonable care may, depending on the circumstances, give rise to a right of action against you for breach of statutory duty.

Kindly allow 7 working days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account from the date you received approval of return from us on your registered email address/contact number. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE. 

Reward points or store credits are not refundable; and are only redeemable on our store.

Cancellation by Us

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or any defect regarding the quality of the product. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

Cancellations by the User

In case of requests for order cancellations, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed / approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. A request for cancellation of order shall be valid and accepted only if they are made within 24 (twenty four) hours of making the order on the Site or dispatched from our warehouse whichever is earlier. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. We have the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The User agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accepts our decision regarding the cancellation.

To maintain strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns on certain product categories, including but not limited to accessories, sunglasses, perfumes, masks and innerwear i.e. boxers, briefs, trunks. TAFTE ITALIA may, at its discretion and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy would apply.

REFUNDS FOR FREE PRODUCT DEALS

Any items purchased during a BOGO Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or any such promotions wherein free products are included, such orders will not be eligible for any returns.

  • Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. 

PLEASE NOTE: We request that you do not use The Professional Couriers for self-return as they are not reliable and the package will not be accepted at the warehouse. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.
  • If you have received an SMS or EMAIL of order delivered status and if it's not received by you, please contact us within 24 hours.

  • The customer will be under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s) whilst the products are in their possession. This includes all of the product(s) instructions, documents and wrappings while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.
  • In circumstances where the customer feels that the product does not conform to the standards at the time of delivery, they shall promptly contact us via DM on Instagram: @tafteitalia or on WhatsApp: +91 8871280966  with details of the product and its damage within 1 day of receiving the products; whereon, the customer will receive instructions from us.
  • Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day, we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund.

Note- Unboxing video is mandatory in case of any dispute regarding return, exchange, damage or suspicious delivery of the product.
